- –EXCHANGE/REPLACEMENT POLICY-
- If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, exchanges are available but must fall under one of the guidelines below. Items returned must be received within 15 days of the shipping confirmation date, and that items are in their original condition (where the item is without alterations). We are unable to provide exchanges under following circumstances: Products that are damaged due to negligence towards Wash Care instructions not being followed as per wash care label, undergarments, accessories, shorts, and socks, incorrect size of garment ordered (there are manufacturer’s sizing charts listed for all garments). There can be exceptions. If you think you garments falls under an exception, please contact the office.
- We reserve the right to deny exchange if the item does not meet exchange Policy guidelines. We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects. If you receive a damaged or defective item, or your item proves to be defective in workmanship or materials within 30 days with normal wear (excluding stains), we will always accept the item for assessment and provide a replacement if validated as faulty.
- RETURNS-
- We are unable to offer Returns for products bought on Mosaicthreads.com at this time. If you’re not satisfied with your order, please return to the webstore and place a fresh order.
- PAYMENT-
- We currently accept debit and credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), as well as a number of other digital payment options. Unfortunately we are not able to accept orders as Card on Delivery, cash on delivery, bank transfers, or payment with checks. Important information about payment: Debit and credit cards are charged once the order is placed. Please note that we reserve the right to contact you for further information if there is an issue with your payment.
- PAYMENT SECURITY-We take security very seriously, to protect your personal details. We use the industry standard encryption protocol to protect your information from unauthorized use or disclosure. All confidential data, such as payment information, is encrypted and transmitted through a secure channel using SSL encryption. Should any unauthorized charges appear on your credit/ debit card or bank account as a result of shopping with Mosaicthreads.com please notify your credit card provider or bank in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures. Please note that Mosaic Threads will never ask a customer to confirm any account or credit details via email. If you receive an email claiming to be from Mosaic Threads asking you to do so, do not respond and contact our team immediately (info@mosaicthreads.com).
- PRODUCTION GUIDE-We make our best efforts to complete each item in your order within 7-10 working days of the order confirmation date. However in some cases, we may take longer, up to 14 working days, to complete the order as we may have to procure it from some other stores or warehouse. In the unlikely event that we are not able to ship your order completely within the stipulated time, we shall inform you about the same. During sale and peak periods, orders may take longer to process. Our production times should only be used as a guide.
- PICK UP ORDERS-
- Local pick up will be at Mosaic Threads in Billings, MT, unless a shipping option was chosen and paid for. As soon as your order is ready for pick up, you will be notified by the email you provide on the order. Please note that our office hours of operation are Monday to Friday, 8AM- 5PM, excluding public holidays.
- RULES & RESTRICTIONS-Orders are processed and shipped on business days only. Our team will notify you of any issues after you place your order and it is received. You will be notified by the email that you provide during your check out. Emails can fall into a spam, or junk folder, and Mosaic Threads is not responsible for missed emails that fell into those folders. If your order was a part of a special, promotional fundraiser, the head of your fundraiser will contact you with pick up instructions, dates and times.
